Selfio Refund Policy

Selfio provides a service-based platform, and our offerings may include subscription plans and usage-based billing.

Due to the digital nature of our services, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

However, we will consider all refund requests individually.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Technical issues: Verified system error prevented access to paid features or completion of a service.
  • Video not delivered: Final video was not delivered within 48 hours since your request or AI video editing was not started at all.
  • Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same service.

We may request logs, account information, or other relevant details to verify the issue.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the payment:

  • Payment reference or invoice number
  • Brief description of the issue

We usually review and respond to your request within 3 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after using the service
  • Failure to understand how the platform works
  • User error during recording, uploading, or project setup
  • AI video editing that has already started

5. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We're happy to resolve issues directly and promptly.
