Selfio is a video recording and editing web application (App) that helps educators and creators record, manage, and process multi-stream video content (such as camera, screen, and presentation feeds) aiming to simplify the production of educational videos with streamlined workflow and AI-powered tools.

2. Your Account

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account.
• Accuracy: Please ensure the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

If you wish to delete your account, you can request this by writing to us at team@selfio.me.

3. User Content and Privacy

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Selfio, including recorded clips, created videos, and any other media files ("User Content").

Selfio does not sell or distribute your User Content or personal data to third parties.

We may access and use your data internally for the following purposes:

• To improve platform performance and usability
• To debug or troubleshoot issues
• To analyze usage patterns and enhance user experience

Your recordings and uploads are stored securely and are not shared with external parties without your explicit consent.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

• Use Selfio for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Selfio website and App (excluding User Content) — including software, branding, logos, and design — is owned by Selfio or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

If you wish to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works, you should receive our written permission.

6. Modifications and Availability

We may update or change features of the Selfio App at any time to enhance functionality or fix issues. We aim to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Selfio is provided "as is" and "as available." Though we aim Selfio to be secure, error-free and flawlessly performing at all conditions, we can not guarantee it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Selfio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be handled in accordance with Armenian law.
